Privacy Policy
AI for Trade Shops ("we", "us") is a brand of Sight Media and Technology LLC, 322 South College Road #1157, Wilmington, NC 28403. AI for Trade Shops is run by HaveSight, an AI consulting firm also operated by Sight Media and Technology LLC (see our Disclosure page). This policy covers aifortradeshops.com and our weekly newsletter.

What we collect
- Newsletter signup: your email address, optional trade, the page you signed up from, the time you agreed, and when you confirmed.
- Readiness check and get-help forms: what you choose to tell us, such as name, email, phone, shop name, trade, town and your answers, plus your consent.
For each request we keep a lead record: the consent wording you agreed to and when, the status of your request, and whether and when we replied. We do not send automatic replies to these requests.
- Free guide: If you request the free guide, we link to it after you confirm.
- Tool submissions: the vendor and contact details you submit.
- Basic site data: standard server and hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) used for security and to fix problems. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will name the provider here first.
How we use it
- To send the weekly newsletter you confirmed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To reply to your request. If you ask for help setting up AI tools, your details go to HaveSight (also run by Sight Media and Technology LLC) so it can contact you about that request.
- To review tool submissions.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.

- Our website host (Lovable)
- Cal.com (if you book an intro call, under Cal.com's own policy)
These providers handle data on our behalf.
Affiliate links and sponsors
Some links may be affiliate links, and some placements may be sponsored. They are labeled. Clicking an affiliate link may let that vendor know you came from us. See our Disclosure page.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter: while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email and the unsubscribe record so we do not email you again.
- Unconfirmed signups: removed after 30 days.
- Form submissions and lead records: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, or email privacy@aifortradeshops.com to see, correct or delete your information. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Children
The site is for business owners and people learning a trade. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use access controls and reputable hosting providers. No method of storage or transfer is perfectly secure.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new date.
